This five hour course is designed to give the participant a better regulatory understanding of the JSE Listings Requirements and a high level overview of the Companies Act, 2008 in relation to “transactions” (principally takeovers, acquisitions and disposals), including transactions with “related parties”, covering the ever confusing “associate” relationships definition and looking at practical examples, including timing considerations, documentation and the need for independent experts
